San Juan, with its vibrant culture and stunning beaches, also boasts fascinating weather patterns that I've come to know through research. January kicks off with mild temperatures, averaging around 83°F during the day. Rain isn't much of a worry, making outdoor adventures quite enjoyable. Moving into February, things stay pretty consistent, but there's a slight increase in sunshine hours, perfect for beachgoers.

By March, you can feel the warmth creeping up, signaling the start of a warmer season. April brings a bit more rain, yet it's nothing that would deter me from exploring the city's colorful streets. May sees a significant jump in both temperature and rainfall, marking the beginning of what locals call the wet season.

June through September, expect hot days with highs often climbing above 89°F. These months also bring the most rain, but usually in quick, heavy showers that clear up fast. October sees a slight retreat in both heat and rain, making it a sweet spot for visiting.

November and December cool down a bit, with temperatures returning to the comfortable 80s. Rainfall decreases, wrapping up the year with what I'd consider ideal weather for enjoying everything San Juan has to offer, from historical sites to late-night salsa dancing.
