One, IRWeb.INFO, is focused on Applications, including training, and SPECTRAL EMISSIVITY (just what it sounds like) focuses more on the details behind measuring and using spectral emissivity values. (If you've read our Emissivity Trail Pages, you know why we don't use the term "Emissivity" without the word "Spectral").Both new sites use a blog format with RSS newsfeeds and much more.
Meanwhile, don't forget our CUSTOM SEARCH Feature! It looks at the detailed content in all our websites and some others around the world also focused on Just Measurement!
They take some of the load off MeasurementDevices by focusing on two very different and important areas, Technology DataBases (MeasurementDB.com) and Media, covering the areas of Meetings, Standards, Publications and Education (MeasurementMedia.com) related to Measurement Devices and Measuring in Industry & Science
In addition, we now publish the Primary News Headlines for all these websites to one central website for your convenience, measureNEWS and we added a MeasurementBlog to help with the exchange of information among and between our management, administration and site visitors. (Plus it gives our Editor a place to rant as the recent article series on "Optical Pyrometers" show.)
Thanks for your patience; these are even bigger steps than we originally planned. We will fix any problems as quickly as we find them. We appreciate any and all feedback!
P.S. We still are not quite sure how to classify lehos tecHeadlines. It's like measureNEWS on steroids with Technology News Headlines from more than 40 seperate international news source, strong bias towards measurement, of course.
Guess that makes it SEVEN NEW WEBSITES in less than a year..Chee!, We almost lost count!
